These are the plain-language terms for using kayleecare.com and hiring Kaylee Care for pet care in and around Jupiter Farms, Florida.

Bookings

Sending a booking request through the site does not reserve your dates. A booking is confirmed only when Kaylee Care confirms it with you by text or email. Before a first visit we'll arrange a quick meet and greet with you and your pets.

Pricing and payment

Current rates are listed on the home page and may change; the rate confirmed for your booking is the one that applies. Payment is due when the booking is complete unless we've agreed otherwise. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can so we can open the dates for someone else.

Your pets and your home

Please tell us about anything that helps us care for your animals safely: feeding routines, medications, behavior around strangers or other animals, and how to get in and out of your property. We'll follow your instructions and contact you right away if something comes up. In an emergency we'll seek veterinary care and try to reach you first.

Text messaging terms

By checking the texting box on our booking or contact form, or by texting (561) 984-8080, you agree to receive text messages from Kaylee Care about your booking or question, including replies, confirmations, scheduling updates, and pet updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; we never share your number for marketing.

Limits

Kaylee Care is a small, family-supervised business. We'll take great care of your animals, but we can't be responsible for illness, injury, or property issues that aren't caused by our own carelessness, or for anything beyond our control such as weather, wildlife, or pre-existing conditions.
