Kaylee Care is a family-run pet sitting and dog walking service in Jupiter Farms, Florida. This page explains what information we collect through kayleecare.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we keep things simple.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number and/or email address, the dates and service you're asking about, details about your pets, and any notes you add. If you text or call our business number, we keep the conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and provide pet care, and keep in touch about your booking. That's it. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't build marketing lists.

Text messages

If you check the texting box on one of our forms or text our number first, we may text you replies, confirmations, scheduling updates, and photo updates about your pets. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your texting consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.

Who else sees it

Your information is seen by Kaylee and the parents who supervise the business. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they process data only on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (calls and texts). We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and message records so we can look back at what you've asked for and how your pets like things done. If you'd like your information deleted, email hello@kayleecare.com and we'll remove it.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site.
